Who is responsible
Anthony Admon Euan Ishak, trading as No. XIV, is the controller responsible for the enquiry information described here.
Email: Anthony@noxiv.co.uk
Correspondence address: 46 Connaught Street, London, W2 2AA.
Information you give us
We receive the name, contact details, correspondence and project information you choose to provide when discussing kitchens, bathrooms or interiors. This may include a project address, budget, drawings or photographs. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry.
Our website currently has no enquiry submission form. Email links open your email application, telephone links allow you to call, and WhatsApp links open that service. Messages are received through the channel you choose, rather than stored in a website enquiry database. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to answer or prepare a quotation without relevant contact and project details.
How and why we use information
We use your details to respond, understand your requirements and discuss your project. Where you request a quotation or other steps towards a contract with you, we rely on the lawful basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
For general enquiries, including those made on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and administering those discussions. Necessary handling of legal claims is based on our legitimate interests in protecting our legal rights; disclosures required by law are based on legal obligation.
We currently use enquiry details for enquiries, not newsletters or promotional messages. Any future marketing programme will be explained separately. We do not use enquiry details to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Who receives information
Anthony handles enquiries personally. We share your enquiry details with suppliers, designers or installers only when you request it, and limit sharing to the information needed. Information may also need to be disclosed where the law requires it or to obtain professional advice about a complaint or legal claim.
Service providers process information to deliver our communications and website: Microsoft 365 email supplied through GoDaddy, Netlify website hosting, and WhatsApp if you choose that channel. They are distinct from suppliers receiving project details. Their access and roles depend on the service provided.
Website information and external services
Netlify processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, which can include IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information. Our purpose is reliable and secure website operation, based on our legitimate interests.
The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser request information when fonts are requested. This supports displaying the website consistently. The website code does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or code to set cookies or browser storage. Hosting infrastructure and external services have their own technical processing; this is not a claim that those services collect no information.
For details, see Netlify privacy information, Microsoft privacy information, GoDaddy privacy information, Google privacy information and WhatsApp’s UK privacy policy. External links take you to services with their own privacy arrangements.
International processing
These providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Their published arrangements describe safeguards such as recognised adequacy arrangements and standard contractual clauses with UK transfer provisions, as applicable to the service and transfer.
Netlify’s data processing agreement includes UK transfer provisions; Microsoft and GoDaddy publish their data protection arrangements, and WhatsApp’s UK privacy policy explains its transfer mechanisms. Contact Anthony@noxiv.co.uk for further information or copies of the safeguards relevant to our use of a service.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries that do not become client projects for 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete the correspondence and related attachments. If an active complaint, dispute or legal requirement requires relevant information for longer, we retain it only while that reason applies.
If you become a client, project and accounting records are retained according to the duration of the project, applicable accounting obligations, and the period for which records are reasonably needed to address contractual claims. We will provide further information as part of the client relationship.
Technical information held by providers follows their service retention arrangements, taking account of delivery, security, troubleshooting and legal requirements. Deleted information may remain in restricted backups until those backups are overwritten under the applicable service schedule; it is not retained there for active enquiry or marketing use.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is relied on, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Rights are subject to legal conditions.
Email Anthony@noxiv.co.uk to exercise a right or raise a privacy concern. We may need information to verify your identity before releasing personal information. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Updates
We will update this notice if our practices change, including when an incorporated company takes responsibility for the business. This notice describes our current enquiry service.
